Please call 865-392-9200, option 2 and leave a message in the afterhours mailbox. The on-call Support Specialist will call you back as soon as possible.

RTL Electronic Ticket ELECTRONIC TICKET

Please click on the icon to the left to submit a ticket directly to the RTL Technical Assistance Center and we will respond within 1 hour, during business hours.

RTL clients can click on the link to the left to access existing service tickets, review invoices, and more. Access to the portal requires a username and password. If you do not have these credentials, please contact RTL at (865) 392-9200.
